The artist, who in my opinion improved these posters, ran wild through the Paris Metro in 1983 re-styling the hair of his subjects. Signed "Dean Recoiffé" it is a great shame they were not preserved, as along with the buskers, they filled an otherwise rather sterile place with life and vibrancy.
