Lost your photos? Don't despair!

So you accidentally formatted your camera's chip or card or your computer blew up after you'd deleted the photos from your camera. It happens, but that doesn't mean your photographs have necessarily gone for good!

Digital Photograph Recovery

Send us the chip and we'll do our very best to recover your photos. We'll send you the chip back together with a CD or DVD with your recovered photos on it. If we can't recover any images we'll send your chip/card back and charge nothing!

Prices

Prices are based on the capacity of your chip and include a CD/DVD of your photos, packing and *first-class recorded delivery postage.

  • up to 1GB - £35.00
  • up to 2GB - £45.00
  • over 2GB - £60.00

* Additional postage is payable for destinations outside the United Kingdom and N.Ireland. Please enquire about overseas postage charges.

How it works

  1. Contact us via our web form with details of your chip
  2. We send you details of where to send the chip/card
  3. You send the chip to us
  4. We attempt to recover any images on it
  5. We email you thumbnail images of any recovered photos
  6. You pay by bank transfer or PayPal (see *note below)
  7. We post you the chip + CD/DVD of the full-size images

* Please note:
If you change your mind after we have recovered images from your chip a £10.00 administration fee is payable before it will be returned to you.
